It can be hard to talk about sexual abuse or trauma, whether it happened yesterday or many years ago. Right now, you may be experiencing mental health difficulties that don’t even seem to directly relate to your past experiences.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk. It may be many weeks before you decide you’re ready to discuss the sexual abuse or trauma that you have experienced. You may want to talk about it straight away; you may struggle to ever find the words.
Whatever you need, it’s OK. My sexual abuse and trauma counselling is completely led by you. You get to decide what we talk about and when. Just know that you will be heard, you will be believed, and you will have a safe space.
Forget clinical waiting rooms and long waiting lists. You can book counselling sessions with me when you need them and for however long you need support. Each session takes place in my beautiful garden summer house – no-one need even know that you’re coming for counselling if you’re not ready to tell anyone.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people from all walks of life who have experienced sexual abuse and trauma. I will never offer judgement, just acceptance.
